1 box Uncle Bens long grain and wild rice
3 Cups cooked cut- up chicken
1 Cup sliced mushrooms sautéed in 2 T of butter
3 T chopped pimento
1/2 Cup chopped green pepper
1/2 Cup chopped fresh parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 Cup chicken broth
Cook rice according to package directions. Add remainder of ingredients. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Top with slivered almonds or french fried onions ( optional)
