2 dozen fresh blue crabs
1/2 pound JO spice ( or Old Bay)
1/2 lb salt ( mix with seasoning) The salt is optional.
1-pint beer
1 pint white vinegar
Put beer and vinegar in a 10 gallon pot.
Place crabs in layers on an elevated platform in the pot. Harry does this outside using a propane tank hooked up to a burner to place the pot on.
Sprinkle each layer generously with seasoning.
