Italian fennel sausages, 2-3 per dish
1 each, red, yellow, green bell pepper
1 large red onion
1 large white onion
1 15oz can crushed Roma tomatoes
Garlic for seasoning
Sweat peppers and onions in a saucepan over medium heat. Add tomatoes and sauté until mixture begins to reduce.
Grill sausages until done. Serve with sauce.
