4 eggs
2 C. sugar
1C. Whole milk
1 stick of butter
2 C. flour
1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
Heat milk with butter/ margarine until butter is melted.
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, slowly a little at a time add wet ingredients to the dry including vanilla.
Pour in a greased floured bundt pan. Bake at 250 for 10 minutes, then raise temp to 350 and cook for 40 to 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Glaze: ( optional) 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup Orange juice
Mix well and drizzle over cake slowly giving it time to soak into cake.
It will leave sugar crunch on top. This cake is Delish!
