32 oz package of frozen diced potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups cubed ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup of Dukes Mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup of cornflakes
1/4 to 1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesans Cheese
Combine first 7 ingredients in a buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Set aside. Toss remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
