1 2lb top London broil
1 28 oz. Can of Stewed tomatoes
3 cans whole potatoes
6 carrots peeled and cut in big chunks
1 pak of onion soup mix
Place meat in a roasting pan, place carrots and potatoes over and around the meat, sprinkle half onion soup mix over, then pour stewed tomatoes in over everything. Then sprinkle remaining onion soup mix on top.
Cover pan.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 400 degrees. Serve with corn bread, or a crusty French bread.
