1 pound Maryland Regular Crabmeat
1 egg
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Old Bay
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Remove all cartilage from crabmeat, set aside. Beat egg in a medium mixing bowl.
Add green pepper and pimiento and mix well. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sugar.
Add mayonnaise and blend well. Add crabmeat to the mixture and mix gently but thoroughly.
- place portions in the baking dish of your choice, using ramekins or small casserole dishes sprinkle the Old Bay on top of each dish.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, tops should be golden brown and internal temp of 165 degrees.
