Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

 12 Medium sized Portobello mushrooms

1 10 oz. package of frozen spinach souffle, thawed

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Wipe mushrooms with a damp towel; remove stems . 

In a small bowl mix the thawed spinach souffle and cheese. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps.

Bake at 350 for 8- 10 minutes or just until warm all the way through.
